Attorney Lisa Bloom appeared in court Thursday in Los Angeles to argue for a temporary restraining order against Officer Danny Reedy on behalf of her client, Detective Ysabel Villegas.
Reedy and Villegas were involved in an "abusive" relationship, which they recently broke off, Bloom said. The officer took explicit photos of the detective during their relationship, according to the attorney. Once it ended, Bloom said Reedy sent out the photos to several of his "buddies," including a fellow LAPD officer and an LAPD sergeant.
Distributing such photos without permission from the person in them, sometimes known as "revenge porn," is against the law.

Any time a “paramour” asks to take “revealing” photos of oneself, oneself should ask oneself, as well as the photographer, “what is the intended use, and other unintended uses?” I don’t suggest she had it coming, but agreeing to such pictures doesn’t seem the wisest way to go.

Lisa Bloom...Daughter of Gloria Allred...I don’t like them both...However, this sergeant may be a big jerk after all...
This LAPD detective was cheating on her husband with this sergeant...The lesson that should be learned is that adultery is not a good idea...Right?
This lady’s husband just retired from LAPD...He was accused of having sex with somebody under his command...
She works for Robbery-Homicide Division...It is an elite unit...It does deal with high profile cases...Like OJ Simpson case...

I think this female detective felt really desperate...I am not sure DA’s Office will file any charges against the male officer...She accused him of beating and raping her...I don’t know if any of those charges could be proven...
But, LAPD discipline board could decide to fire that male officer...Lower standard of proof...Maybe she hired Lisa Bloom to put pressure on LAPD management...
