Is here as we consume all of these items every day except for fish & avocado maybe 3/4 times a week (sardines on triscuts)

Yep, therefore there is the newish natural Omega EPA prescription drug Vescepa. Currently it’s only approved for very high triglycerides. But next year it will go to the FDA for approval for anyone on statin therapy. Results release in September showed 30% reduction in cardiac and stroke events for those on statin therapy vs placebo. This could be huge for diabetics as well. Do your own due diligence.
