Looking at this pic it appears to me that Wade could be Jesses middle name? It looks like theres more text below and it doesnt look like birth/death dates.
Jesse Wade Stites
Just back and thanks. Yes I didn’t look for enough pictures. Now seeing that the last name was partially obscured and is Stites. Backtracking and climbing out of dead end hole now. Thanks for dropping me the rope!

I thought the drop was referring to triclosan. It’s in toothpaste, dish soap, hand soap, cleaners. Is being banned/removed methinks, but my dentist freebie samples contain Colgate triclosan —so not being removed that quickly.
Airlift support for the US Air Force Academy cadet parachuting program is provided by three UV-18B aircraft which carry a pilot, copilot and up to 17 jumpers. These Twin Otters are the only three owned by the Air Force. In the MSAG Antenna Test and Evaluation conducted 25-31 August 1998 in Marina CA, the NPS/CIRPAS UV-18A Twin Otter provided the surrogate UAV function during a test and evaluation of the MSAG ITT Antenna under development by the Joint Projects Office. Imagery from the Twin Otter was received by the multi- source capable antenna based at the CIRPAS facility in Marina. In the Alaska Army National Guard the UV-18As have been replaced by the C-23B+.

and:
Because the DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otter is a highly maneuverable aircraft which can be flown slowly (80-160 knots/150-300 km/hr) and in tight circles, these aircraft are considered extremely versatile survey airplanes. The US Geological Survey (USGS) utilizes the NOAA Twin Otter as a platform for aerial surveys of coastal areas before and after major tropical storms. Combining oblique video and 35 mm photography, the scientists can assess the coastal erosion caused by major meteorological events. The video camera is mounted on a tripod secured to the covering of the belly camera port, and the aft section of the door on the left side is removed to facilitate photography. Scientists working in the aft section of the aircraft are required to don safety harnesses and secure the harnesses to the aircraft during the entire flight. A global positioning system (GPS) data drop located in the rear of the aircraft on the right side provides researchers with continuous latitude/longitude information. Additionally, a scientist with a 35 mm camera continually photographs the shoreline from the left bubble window. To accomplish this mission, the aircraft must be flown at 100 knots ground speed and at 500 feet above ground level. The auxiliary fuel tank may be present or absent, according to the endurance requirements of the project.

This aircraft has been used for Antenna Test and Evaluation.
Service dates?
MOS?
Was he a member of Seal Team 6, shot down after Ovomit dropped a dime?
Marine
You are correct, I was digging a dead end hole. Running on caffeine and too little sleep. But will keep poking around and looking. Thanks for taking the time to point us back in the right direction.

Right but if you look up the location for Stites on the website this is the only stone given. Plus the engraving above his name is infinity now - whereas on the stone with everyone it’s the symbol for a Landing Eagle (page 2#52)... hmmmm maybe it was a place holder before the interred all of them separately?
The other nearby stones can’t see any of the other names, but that doesn’t really mean anything.
Hmmm - just went to look up the other names online and the search service is temporarily unavailable. I’m guessing the Q army crashed the site...
I see that now. Thanks.
Wondering why he apparently has two stones, a group one and a single one.
Finally a use for that cover.
not sure what your chase is about, but all y’all are doing the heavy lifting.
Glad I could help a little.

A new columbarium has opened at Arlington National Cemetery, just in time for Memorial Day.
Columbarium Court No. 9, as its called, has more than 20,000 niches for U.S. military veterans and their families. Each niche in the two-acre columbarium has space for 3-4 urns. The project cost $15.6 million and began in January 2012.
Columbarium Court No. 9 is 2.5 times bigger than the cemeterys next-largest columbarium. Rockville-based contractor Forrester Construction, which built the new facility
Columbarium number nine project under construction.
What's underneath it? More tunnels? Haven't had time to look at Forrester Construction but it was done while Obama was in office so what else is there?
Maybe cause his unit did one and his family did his personal stone, how about we let the hero rest in peace?

You may be on to something here, styling19a, but the picture of the stone does not seem to match the one the POTUS was standing in front of. Is there a reason he would have two headers in Arlington cemetery? Would any of our military guys know about that?
Also, the religious symbol of Jesse Wade Stites according to the picture below on the group header, is not an Infinity nor a Christian cross, and I am unable to make out what it might be. The header with POTUS is clearly showing the Infinity. But also, the wreath does seem to hide what could be "Stites."
God bless each one of these who loved and honored our country so dearly. May we be worthy of their sacrifice.
Ooookay then....
Didn’t realize they had so much space there to allow for that...
