Just caught up with myself Lol! Thank you for your well wishes. And any other replies after this. Grandkids and daughter had this a week ago and DH had it the first of the week. Just my turn now. Seems to last about 3 days. DH is keeping me well supplied with Tylenol, fluids, and fresh ginger tea. And the occasional hot toddie. LOL. Head is a little clearer for now. Brother is younger but sometimes has a flash of wisdom. ;-)

I can agree with THAT answer. Thank you for this. Yes...I would agree if there is a plan it can fail for reasons beyond the control of those behind it. The best laid plans fail with first contact of the enemy.

I like your climate analogy. I spent 31 years in the ops world as a SWO (Staff weather officer)...an Air Force guy working Army Operations from the company, brigade all the way up to the 4-star level. I've had plenty of run-ins over AGW. When they find out you're a meteorologist...that's usually the first thing people want to ask you. One poor couple (from Rhode Island)asked me the question as soon as we got on an 11-minute ski-lift. I had a captive audience. I've never seen two liberals who wanted to jump off a lift so much in all my life. :-)

I would never classify people who follow Q as a cult. I think they are regular people like me...who perhaps are so frustrated they are grabbing at hope...any hope. Perhaps my thumb has been beaten with the hammer so many times it's numb.

Actually no. I looked at his page after his last post to me and realized he is a brother in Christ and that as a brother in Christ we should not be treating each other that way. If you don't understand that then perhaps you don't know our Jesus or have never read John 13:35...you don't believe it...or don't care to live by it.

I was not interested in discussing McCabe at this time because there has been so little indication of what might be happening on that front.

Yes, I knew that IG Horowitz had referred the McCabe case to the DC US Attorney, but since no CHARGES have yet been announced and we DO NOT KNOW what transpired in the Grand Jury, I have no interest in trying to speculate.

One thing Q and his followers love is endless speculation which turns into all kinds of false confidence about what is supposedly happening in secret. I can speculate too, but trying to guess what transpired with McCabe before the GJ simply does not interest me. We will have to wait to see when/if something real is announced. Everything else about it is vapor.
