The Boy scouts of America, the 108-year-old organization synonymous with traditional values in the US, is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy, according to the Wall Street Journal.The report comes amid news of sinking membership and various controversies surrounding the traditional organization, including its decision to change its program name from Boy Scouts to 'gender natural' Scouts BSA allowing girls to enter the program.

I thought they were going bankrupt because they let too many homosexual leaders sexually abuse the boys.
I think this might be headed in a direction the left didn’t intend.
I foresee, in the near future, an adolescent version of Proud Boys.
An organization started by conservative, blue collar dads and vets.
All the values and wilderness experience of BSA, along with fighting and armed combat skills and everyday social skills.
To get in, you have to eat a fried worm and name off all the states and capitals while changing a tire.

How so? As a NRA life member I can state that the NRA is majority hetero middle age guys like me. Simple fact.

As for acknowleding this nonesense ...Nobody should have to ‘pretend’ that a girl is a a boy or a boy a girl or modify ‘basic biology’ just because it threatens someones subjective sense/feelings of what they are. .....Everyone should just stop appeasing these mental cases and recognize them as having sexual issues THEY need to work on. We do not have to nor should we play their game.

I still have my Boy Scout Handbook, circa 1964. It’s continues as one of the most referenced and practical books I own. I doubt very much that it’s the same. The Scout Code and principles can’t exist anymore for what the organization has become.
Leftists are like a virus. They kill their host. Just remember, your friends and neighbors are leftists and they helped to cause the destruction of the Boy Scouts.

You think so? All their large donors threatened to yank their funding. If you’ll recall BSA won a Supreme Court case on the gay issue. No one was going to stand behind them... this large group of people didn’t exist
Emphasis on ‘large donors’. Corporations etc. are not ever likely to take a stand that might make them a target. What the BSA needed to do was elicit support from parents. There are just under 3 million youth members of the BSA, and if their families gave just $10 to a legal defense fund there would be ~$30 million to fight with. If you add to that solicitation of funds from others, it could be well over $50,000,000 to fight with.

It was called BOYscouts for a reason.and GIRLscouts likewise...it should have stood as just that.

Why are the few dictating to the many?
