Thanks.

My simple theory/guess is that liberals took over Apple and Silicon Valley! Then, they became indebted to the Deep State here and around the world.

You really should open your own accounts and post it yourself. Otherwise, it becomes part of the “trail” that belongs to the poster. If you post it and we decide to share it, that’s our choice.

Liberals always owned a Silicon Valley.

They just recently discovered how hard they can flex their muscles.

The population is addicted to their tech so they manipulate with their drug of choice.

Capitalist economies have money in the hands of the people.

Socialist economies have money in the hands of the state.

They like socialist governments because they get the most money per customer that way.

Why work to get a dollar from a million people when you can get a million from one?

You are trying to raise awareness, so time for the definition.

Raising Awareness: Trying to get other people to do something about a subject you aren’t going to do anything about.

Apple has “always” been Big Brother. I have been in IT since the 1980’s. Apple has always been a proprietary closed system. If you wanted to freedom with your computer than Microsoft was your choice. Why are gaming computers always Microsoft? Because you were free to modify your systems...

Activists against surveillance capitalism (data harvesting and abuse) are referring to these companies as "Big Other".

I don't have accounts there.

Hmmm...is there a possible solution to that problem? Nope, nothing obvious to me. Maybe I'm just dense. Perhaps others can help solve this problem.

Maybe he could get an illegal immigrant to set up an account and then transfer control to him. Illegals seem to be able to get accounts anywhere.

I am pretty sure Apple was not leading any fight against Big Brother. They ran a successful marketing campaign to sell their product, using Big Brother images.

Also: Black border, white lettering.

When I fight Big Brother, I’m going to send in a woman in a track suit wielding a sledge hammer. Vive le Resistance!

And I don’t think that chick could have thrown that hammer worth beans.

In my old town in the sixties, one side of town was occupied by “silkies” (Stuck-up silk-stocking preppies) and the other by “greasers” (”Always got an extra pack of cigarettes rolled up in their t-shirt sleeves”).

Fistfights were many; serious injuries virtually unknown.

Silkies drove new muscle cars that their daddies bought. Greasers drove whatever they built. Silkies couldn’t replace plugs and points; greasers knew every last lock washer.

I’ve always thought that the Apple vs. Microsoft/Intel divide had a lot of that same dynamic. Some people don’t want to hear about the technical details; others want to be able to diagnose and fix a computer problem even if it occurs at 3 a.m. on Sunday morning in a third-world craphole.
