Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson set straight any misinformation concerning his views on President Trump: I dont think hes capable, he said during an interview on Tuesday.
Urs Gehriger, an editor at Die Weltwoche, the countrys leading German-language opinion weekly, noted that Carlsons new book, Ship of Fools, is silent on Trump but comments on his critics. And so, Gehriger jump-started the conversation by asking what Carlson thought of Trumps first two years in office.
Carlson said he cannot stand Trumps self-aggrandizement and boasting. Then, when asked whether Trump has kept his promises, the usually quick-witted and long-winded Carlson had just one word: No.

President Trump apologized for the spending and promised he wont do it again.
That is good. I like seeing them in the pet shops.
President Trump just made a trade agreement with China which needs time for fruition.
Thanks I will look into it.
Tucker has been largely supportive of Trump. The only real concern he has is why Trump won’t declassify all the documents that could put the deep state in prison.
Which is why history repeats itself over and over.
“Thank you”
Anytime.
I voted for Trump. I love Trump.
But I don’t pray to him. And I refuse to bow before his most obsequious prophets. Some are so illogical, I think they are plants. Though whether that means impostors or unthinking vegetation is not always clear.
My brain did not fall out when I pulled the lever for him. And I’m not spending any root principles to prop him up.
The existence of otherwise decent but sometimes misguided followers is a symptom of just how badly the party was hurting for a set of balls - some folks seem hypnotized by them. Overlooking, even denying, existence of the fleas.
“...you posting a LIE about what I have said.”
Well, I certainly do love messing with bullies - bullying is a Left handed tactic regardless of party. But I never mean to LIE about anybody. Please explain. If it makes sense, I’ll apologize and retract.
Anyway, the audience still awaits the grand masters’ purest of pure definitions of what ‘conservative’ means...
I, for one, have all night.
Thanks. Figures the former Bow Tie wearing RINO wouldnt have the guts to mention it on his own Faux News Show!!
Nope, he said not one word about it and I tuned in to watch, to see if he would say anything about it.

I did the same...Hoped he would clarify, refute, etc. But nothing.
Tuckers program tonite was really annoying & I wrote some comments about it on an earlier FR thread, because he was allowing the FakeNewsMSM narrative to dominate re Mueller & the upcoming questioning of Comey. I wanted him to go on the offensive and bring up Muellers failure to investigate HRC/DNC/FusionGPS/FBI/CIA/DOJ/Obama Spygate facts. he didnt.
Why not write to TUCKER...It is great to point out issues here, but don’t you think it might be even more effective to send them to him too?
I emailed him before his show started and asked him about this...Of course no response, but maybe if more people would, he would respond on the show about the interview and other issues.
“...you are an obnoxious, vile one and stupid to boot.”
Regardless, still waiting...
I suspect that I am not alone in deciding to never watch him ever again and he should have known that that was going to be the reaction to his interview responses.
Ad hominem (Latin for “to the person”[1]), short for argumentum ad hominem, is a fallacious argumentative strategy whereby genuine discussion of the topic at hand is avoided by instead attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself.
His show was barely watchable prior to know about his views of Trump. Now? Well a whole lot of us shan't tune in!
Totally agree. President Trump has faced and now faces the most intense opposition of any President I have seen in my lifetime....and there was plenty of opposition to Presidents Reagan and Bush 41 and 43.
And the next two years with the Damnocrats in charge in the House, it is just going to be a nightmare for this country but especially for our President. It makes me sick to even think about it.
Meanwhile everyone who has been friends with the President are being dragged through the mud and muck of Mueller’s travesty of justice. How can he endure this? Prayer is the only answer.
Indeed. Strange days.
Tucker is not capable of coming up with his own material. He is one of the back benchers who steals from the Mark Levin show.
