Funny, but if you are going to share it with others, change insure to ensure:

Insure definition:

1. arrange for compensation in the event of damage to or loss of (property), or injury to or the death of (someone), in exchange for regular advance payments to a company or government agency
2. secure or protect someone against (a possible contingency).

Ensure definition:

1. make certain that (something) shall occur or be the case.
2. make certain of obtaining or providing (something).
3. make sure that (a problem) shall not occur.

Donald wants us to secure our borders and ensure only the right people come in.
