Renowned astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson will be investigated by Fox and National Geographic Networks after allegations of sexual misconduct were leveled against him.
Patheos.com published accounts Thursday from two women who say that Tyson behaved in a sexually inappropriate manner with them.
Tyson was host of Cosmos on Fox in 2014 and a new edition of the series was to air on National Geographic next year.
Tyson has not commented publicly and an email request for comment to his representative was not immediately returned.

Another Leftist who got unLucky?
He is a leftist too? All I knew is that he is responsible for Pluto not being a planet any more.
Climate change “forced” him to.
He been staring too long at Uranus.
He is, and a jerk as well.
And what is the alleged sexual misconduct this time? Witholding judgement until the evidence is presented. Alligations over sexual misconduct is so vague now that I give everybody the thousand mile stare at work, dont look at them, look through them. Then I get called out for not acknowledging them. It’s a no win.
Waiting for NDGT to condescendingly explain how these accusations are utterly meaningless in the context of our random, arbitrary, Godless universe.
Neil, accused of having ‘Busy Hands’.
He laughed at anyone who believed in God.
Science groupie whores (yes, they exist)
TWO networks “investigating”? In this cockeyed world, that’s a death sentence.
Apparently gone are the days when a case such as this had to be adjudicated in court, with a defendant offered the chance to mount a defense.

That's total kr@p.
If it were true, NASA would never have sent any probes by.
“...behaved in a sexually inappropriate manner toward them...”
And what in the Hades is that supposed to mean?
His politics may be questionable; his science is pretty good, considering that it is simplified, popularized science ala Popular Science or Science Digest.
Was he being hired to speak of science or for his political behavior?
Have you been dating him of late? ;-)
Don’t want television networks somehow suddenly becoming the judiciary. We’re supposed to have a judiciary for that.
