Methinks clarification is in order. If the constituent molecules and/or particles are bound within certain locations +/- a certain amount of free play by potential energy considerations, we don’t have a fluid, but a solid, a lattice. Otherwise, by your definition (above absolute zero), both Kool-Aid and diamond alike, as well as copper wire, are “fluids.”
