My opinion, since you asked: All planned for in Agenda 21 and all the globalist skullduggery for decades.
The Clintons sold us out from day one to that globalist cause....as they were pledged and intended to do.
Methinks something hinky about forest fires that leave trees, bushes, and plastic garbage cans standing next to homes and cars that are turned to complete ashen ruins.
