5 people, including children, found dead at scene of Colts Neck mansion fire

Five people - including children - were found dead at the scene of a mansion fire in Colts Neck Tuesday afternoon, a law enforcement source told NJ Advance Media.
The fire broke out around 12:45 p.m. at a massive 15-year-old home on Willow Brook Road. Detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office major crimes unit are on the scene.
Multiple fire companies from surrounding towns as far away as Spring Lake have responded to help battle the blaze.
Property records show the house is owned by Keith Caneiro, and Jennifer Caneiro.

I thought it sounded odd that people would be killed by a fire that erupted in the early afternoon. This makes me more suspicious:
Authorities were also investigating a related early morning fire at the Ocean Township home of Paul Caneiro, the brother of the owner of the Colts Neck home, an official with knowledge of the investigation said.

Property records show the house is owned by “Keith Caneiro, and Jennifer Caneiro”
So These two persons were rich. The next question is who were/are they? Why would anyone want them dead?

The first house that went up was his brother's but no one was hurt in that blaze. The second fire look had all the casualties.
Maybe a family dispute of some kind.
