Wow, won’t this put liberal minds in a infinite quandary loop? Ideally, they should support this because of their endless whining about families being separated at the border. However, since it is supported by Ivanka Trump, they will have to ultimately NOT support it. Ohhhhh, the potential for hypocrisy is endless.
Depends if weapon was used in crime, what type of drug and if first time offense. Some drugs are more deadly. Criminal mothers are really not good examples for children.
Since not all women have vaginas this may be discrimination. Unless of course it also applies to gay men who have adopted. But that might include both parents in that case.
Ivanka and Mr. Ivanka need to go home to NY and stay there.

So, certain types of crime are worse because of what the criminal might have been thinking at the time, and now certain others are not as bad because they’re female?

I would argue that if the mom is a felon, the kids may be better off being adopted out.

If they did the crime, they can do the time and honestly, I would think the kids would need a better influence in their lives.
There’s already a big disparity in sentencing women versus sentencing men, even for the same crime.
Why not just give them a get out of jail free card so every psycho who’s PMSing can go on a rampage without consequences?
