A judge on Friday dismissed GOP Rep. Mia Love's (Utah) lawsuit seeking to halt the vote count in Salt Lake County as the congresswoman continues to trail her Democratic opponent in the race for Utah's 4th Congressional District, The Salt Lake Tribune reported.
Love, who is currently behind Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams, filed a lawsuit earlier this week, calling for the ballot-counting process to be stopped. Love, in her lawsuit, sought the right for her campaign to examine the validity of certain votes in the Utah county. Third District Judge James D. Gardner dismissed Love’s suit Friday, stating that she "failed to show an entitlement."
“Although the Love Parties identified specific relief sought in the Petition, they failed to show an entitlement under Utah law to the relief sought,” Gardner wrote, according to the publication.

We may not be her biggest fans, but she doesn’t deserve to have her seat stolen from her due to more Demonrat fraud and chicanery. If this were a Black Demonrat having her seat taken by a White Republican, the media/rodentry would be raising hell (see: Georgia). Black Republican ? They don’t give a $hit. They don’t exist according to the left.
Love should have told the fag “judge” that she was a “democrat”. It was the only hope she had to win.
Every democrat county in the US goes to extreme lengths to make sure that voter registration lists can’t be checked for legitimacy even after an election. For obvious reasons. That is wrong. Within a very short time all of the ballots will be legally destroyed.
Or am I misunderstanding something?
I’d be willing to gather at these crime scenes and shake my fist at the thieves but we have no leadership directing us and frankly I don’t think the Rs want us to. So here we sit, victims of voter theft, hapless and hopeless.
Secondly, I thought Love Parties went the way of Discos once the 70s ended.
Yeah, I was wondering that too. I assumed she was being the “noble” Republican who didn’t want to make waves with her Democrat brethren.

- No exit polling
- No projections by the media
- Birth certificate and fingerprint needed for registration
- 10 year automatic federal prison sentence for vote fraud
You don’t stop the counting until you’re ahead, geez, she makes a lousy Democrat.
