Beautiful, thanks for posting. I woke up with sinus problems, eyes swollen shut, so couldn’t even read any posts. They’re open up a little now. Sinus medicine make me sick to my stomach so I usually just suffer through it and eat spicy food. I’d give anything to have some hot and sour soup delivered. :-)

A little Chinese mustard will open those sinuses right up. :-)
Go get a RX for that sinus infection.
I always try to get rid of it as fast as I can.
Had a friend who got a sinus infection and it traveled all through his body, very sick, hospital for about a week.
If you have any beef or chicken base or bouillon cubes or crystals, apple cider vinegar and crushed red pepper or something else that gives you capsaicin heat, you can make hot and sour broth all day. Did that for my husband when his sinuses started acting up and it’s pretty soothing.
