FULL TITLE: 'Sit down. You are very rude. You are FAKE NEWS': Trump goes to war on the media and has shouting match with CNN's Jim Acosta as White House intern tries to grab the reporter's microphone
President Donald Trump and CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta got into a heated verbal back-and-forth at the White House on Wednesday that resulted in the president telling the reporter to 'sit down' and aides wrestling with the reporter to try and get the mic out of his hands.
'CNN should be ashamed of itself having you work for them. You are a rude terrible person. You shouldn't be working for CNN,' the president said to Acosta.
'When you report fake news, which CNN does a lot, you are the enemy of the people,' he told him.
The shocking exchange came as Acosta was asking the president about the migrant caravan.
Trump and Acosta have long have a contentious relationship as the CNN reporter often asks the president questions that seemed designed to illicit a reaction from him.
And the president snapped at other reporters in the room and told them to sit down, including Urban Radio's April Ryan, not letting her ask a question.
'Sit down please. Sit down. I didn't call on you. I didn't call on you,' Trump said when Ryan tried to get in a question.
'Excuse me I'm not responding to you. I'm talking to his gentleman. Would you please sit down,' he said after calling on Daily Caller correspondent Saagar Enjeti with Ryan attempting to ask a question instead.
And when Ryan attempted to keep asking, the president said: 'It's such a hostile media. It's so sad.'
'You rudely interrupted him,' Trump told Ryan.

Acosta is good for a million Trump votes in 2020. I hope he hangs around for the duration.
Every time Acosta opens up his fat trap, people see what CNN is really all about. They are NOT a news network, never have been..they are an arm of the Democrat Party..if a Fox News reporter had done that to a woman working for the Obama Administration that reporter would be FIRED on the spot, but since its Acosta and the commie media hate Trump than its all good
Just remember, Jim Acosta is doing EXACTLY what CNN wants him to be doing. Don’t think for a minute that he is a rogue actor that CNN can’t control but hasn’t had the guts to fire yet, because he isn’t. He is as much a puppet as any of them in media.

How about inviting a reporter from the Food Network to ask a question?
After Acosta tries to ask a question, President Trump states the ratings are so low that CNN cannot be considered a "news" organization; that now, since the Food Network reaches more people, TFN is entitled to ask a question.

If he did that the story would be "President Trump ran away from tough questions," and the MSM-Democrats would hammer that theme for months, maybe forever. "The President Who Ran Away From Questions."
There are multiple threads on this, and I have been reading them. Many try to supply a solution to this problem which mostly consist of throwing Acosta out on his behind.
I have a better solution. An old solution. A military solution.
In boot camp, when one of the squad misbehaves, the Drill Instructor will ‘punish’ the whole squad. It doesn’t take long for the other squad members to ‘correct the problem’.
When Acosta or Ryan or any other reporter cause a problem like this, close the conference and kick everyone out. Let them know that this will happen every time someone misbehaves and the rest of the PRESS will ‘fix the problem’.

In a different world, I could picture Jeb Bush getting on his knees to kiss Jim Acostas ass and call me a racist POS for wanting a southern border.
And that is why I would never vote for Low Energy Jeb. Defending me and my family would be a bridge too far for Jeb.
Maybe he was trying to elicit an illicit reaction.
His reply to Acosta was great. Another response might have been “Well, he won’t give up the mike to any of the rest of you so this press conference is over”. Then, walk out.
