Shift to Senate Judiciary (oversight) from House to now occur (stronger position and held in reserve for this scenario).
Lower chamber (House) used as 2-year starter.
Upper chamber (Senate) will be used next 2-year closer.

This is what it is. House carried the ball for two years. Now they handoff to a more powerful Senate who is not subject to the whim of one or two derpie Senators.

And we control the executive branch. And, increasingly, the Judicial and the Supreme Court.
