I used to be a political junkie, but now, it has gotten so that a little is enough. So, Tuesday night, as a) I cant affect anything, and b) the nets will be wall-to-wall election coverage, including the race for dogcatcher in Upper BFE, we are going to go catch a movie.
What are you going to do?

Yawn
Go to bed
Check in the morning to see how bad the disaster will be - because by the time they are counting the votes, it is well past anything I can do....

Check Drudge, Free Republic, and probably Politico, as they have great interactive graphics of results.

It depends on how I am feeling. Depending on what is going on by the time Texas returns start I will either stay awake and watch the rest of the night, or go to sleep and pray it was all a bad dream.

Be dam sure I do not see or hear ANYTHING about the elections, on TV, on radio or on-line. The next morning will be soon enough to either relax awhile or get started on the next battle.

It’s sort of enjoyable watching the MSM look like they are having their toenails pulled out one at a time when Republicans win.

Same thing I did in 2016. Drink, pray a lot, sleep.
It worked then, so...

Not American, so I’ll be praying for a ‘red tide’ in both houses, just as I am praying for the ‘red tide (and orange tide) to go out’ here in Kanaduh on October 21, 2019, leaving a ‘blue tsunami’!

The absolute second the polls close in Illinois, I will declare Pritzker wins gov.
Then get a couple of scoops of ice cream.
In fact, I’ll do that now.

I predict that the Democrats will win the house because we are complacent and they are “angry as hell”. Not to mention voter fraud, which has never been fixed.

Very true. Trump tried to get something going on that, and the blue states refused to cooperate.
