I’m going to allow myself a couple of hours to lament. After that, I’m digging my heals in again.
Last night, as you said, was Good, Bad, and Ugly. I see a RAT majority of 219 to 193, with unsettled races out there. A good is there was NO BLUE WAVE, but there was no red wave either. Another good, we still have the Senate which means more judges confirmed and perhaps they can rein in some of the more fool-hardy legislation enacted. The bad is, of course, the Rats have the House. The ugly is Nancy Pelosi is back as Speaker. Well, that last has to be confirmed but is there any doubt? So, well see more Rat dirty tricks, bad legislation put forward, good legislation wont make it to the floor, and more chaos and obstructionism from the bad guys. Why does the AP say the Senate is divided up now at 51 to 45, giving the Rats credit for two independent Senators? IMO, it should be 51-43-2.
Yes, we will fight on!
