I still have questions about the integrity of the vote. Apparently the powers that be do not.
And if that's the outcome of clean voting, then I seriously wonder about the future. If record employment, booming economy, millions out of poverty, so many promises so quickly kept, avoidance of wars make our citizens think, “oh no! We need to change course!” then I just don't know.
I guess our president hasn't had an easy time of it thus far, and now that will continue.
One thing that will definitely happen in the next 2 years is the House dims will over play their hand, more folks will wake up, helping pubbies in ‘20.
I just don’t know if I will be able to watch the dim shenanigans the next 2 years.

I’m going to allow myself a couple of hours to lament. After that, I’m digging my heals in again.
I guess the only bright spot is that this might make twenty20 easier. Especially since we couldn’t count on Republicans to actually help Trump passes agenda anyway. They had two years.

Those that worked with me in this incredible Midterm Election, embracing certain policies and principles, did very well. Those that did not, say goodbye! Yesterday was such a very Big Win, and all under the pressure of a Nasty and Hostile Media!

Last night, as you said, was Good, Bad, and Ugly. I see a RAT majority of 219 to 193, with unsettled races out there. A good is there was NO BLUE WAVE, but there was no red wave either. Another good, we still have the Senate which means more judges confirmed and perhaps they can rein in some of the more fool-hardy legislation enacted. The bad is, of course, the Rats have the House. The ugly is Nancy Pelosi is back as Speaker. Well, that last has to be confirmed but is there any doubt? So, we’ll see more Rat dirty tricks, bad legislation put forward, good legislation won’t make it to the floor, and more chaos and obstructionism from the bad guys. Why does the AP say the Senate is divided up now at 51 to 45, giving the Rats credit for two independent Senators? IMO, it should be 51-43-2.
Because the independence always vote with the Democrats. At least they have thus far.

Yes, a very disappointing and shocking night.
I’m happy that we picked up Senate seats, of course, but shocked that even many of those races were/are so close. These races shouldn’t even be close, at all!!
What also sickens me is the thought of the BILLIONS of OUR tax $$ that went in to Dim races, via Planned Parenthood. That entity shouldn’t be receiving ANY govt $$.
