Donald Trump is a treasure in an earthen vessel
By R. Stephen Bowden
I was born and raised in Alabama. Yes, there.
I still live down south. Everyone here knows that a bagel is a huntin’ dawg. Shoot, you don’t have to know a lot to know that. Plus, shoot is our substitute for a dirtier word, which isn’t proper to say in polite company, just as dadgum is a crude inversion of a word that no God-fearing person would dare utter, even in a pique of anger. We say shoot and dadgum a lot. It’s our way of emoting. Penitence is not required.
Anyway, welcome to the Deep South. We also say ain’t that nice. I’ll leave you to figure out what that means.
We love Donald Trump. He’s a New Yorker, but that’s okay. We weren’t looking for a saint. We had too many of those dadgum jokers already. We looked for someone who could get the job done...a hardworking person with some real-world experience, imperfect though he may be. Trump fit the mold.
The apostle Paul confessed to his fellow believers that “we have this treasure in earthen vessels” (2 Cor. 4:7). Amen to that.
I’m pretty sure President Trump qualifies as an earthen vessel, same as us. His salty tongue offends some folks. Too bad for them. We love it. When you’re drowning, you don’t get particular about who throws the life vest. I can’t tell you how many people Trump has saved down here, but it’s many. Folks in the Rust Belt probably feel the same. And anybody that’s looking for a job. It’s nice to have supper on the table and a few dollars in the bank when the day is over.
Has any of you looked at the latest employment statistics? We are those people. Don Lemon and Joe Scarborough make lots of money. Good for them. But we live happier lives...and much less pretentiously. Trump helps make it so.
I heard that someone once called us deplorable. What’s deplorable about working all day? Or keeping a steady job? Are those bad things to do? Many of us have a family to raise. Or else we’re working to make ends meet. What’s wrong about aiming for a raise...or living a life worth dying for...or, God forbid, hitting it rich? Are those equally as bad? Should we just quit trying?
Tonight, I’ll be at President Trump’s rally in Pensacola. Can’t wait to be there and hear what the Yankee has to say. Maybe I’ll meet him and get a picture. Or maybe I won’t. Either way, I’ll be there. Then comes my vote.
Beware. You Trump-haters don’t have a clue what’s coming your way on November 6. Call it the Big Ugly.

those poor people have been troubled enough by tyrannical Communism long enough. Well, at least the RATs could go and find out what worked (nothing good) and what didn't work (practically everything) and then make the needed changes (get the hell back to the US)
Of course, I know for a fact that RAT officials and perfessers were making frequent trips down to visit Fidel in their socialist paradise, long before the travel ban was lifted, and it didn't disuade their thinking one little bit.
So in my humble opinion...that makes them evil.

Todays revisions and additions:
- Judy, Munro-Leighton: Judy Munro-Leighton was one of the Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexual misconduct accusers. For more complete information see the Munro-Leighton, Judy LexiQon Entry.
- Munro-Leighton, Judy: (#2394) Judy Munro-Leighton was one of the Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexual misconduct accusers who claimed that Kavanaugh, along with another teenage boy, had raped her multiple times in the back seat of a car when he and she were in high school. Upon questioning by U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee investigators, it became clear that Munro-Leighton was lying. In her mid seventies, not only was she a couple of decades older than Judge Kavanaugh and could not have shared highschool experiences with Kavanaugh, but as a life-long resident of Kentucky, she had never lived or visited any locations where she and Kavanaugh could have met or interacted, In addition, she was claiming to have written a handwritten anonymous letter that Senator Kamala Harris (D, California) had entered into the committee records and her knowledge of the details as detailed in the anonymous letter did not comport with the letter. After her sworn testimony, when confronted with these discrepancies in claims, Munro-Leighton, an avowed Democrat and Feminist Activist, admitted that she had never met kavanaugh and "just wanted attention." and "it seemed like a good idea," and "The cause was important." Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley has referred Munro-Leighton to the of Department of Justice for felony prosecution. (See Department of Justice, Senator Charles Grassley, Senator Kamala Harris, Justice Brett Kavanaugh).

UPDATES IF YOUVE ALREADY READ THEM.
- Don McGahn: Donald Francis McGahn II served as White House Counsel for U.S. President Donald Trump. For more complete information see the McGahn, Don LexiQon Entry.
- McGahn, Don: (#2388) Donald Francis McGahn II served as White House Counsel for U.S. President Donald Trump, from the start of the Trump administration through October 17, 2018. Some claim that McGahn was somehow responsible for the appointment of Robert Mueller as the Special Counsel for the Russia/Trump Collusion investigation although this is highly unlikely. McGahn previously served as Donald Trump's legal campaign counsel during the presidential campaign having been a previous Federal Election Commissioner appointed by President George W. Bush in 2008 so was quite familiar with Federal Election Laws. After Trump won the presidential election McGahn was named general counsel for the Transition Team. Fake News from the New York Times reported, according to anonymous sources, that President Trump ordered McGahn to fire Robert Mueller in January of 2018. This report was denied by both President Trump and Don McGahn as having never occurred.
President Trump relied on McGahn and his team for the selection of judges to fill the vacancies in the Federal District Courts and Appellate bench. McGahn personally recommended judges Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh to their current positions as Justices on the U.S. Supreme Court to President Trump.
However, despite this trust, in August of 2018, the New York Times also reported that President Trump had decided to let McGahn "take the fall" for any Russian collusion and obstruction of justice charges due to "shoddy legal advice from McGahn." The same article stated that McGahn had been cooperating extensively for months with the Office of Special Counsel and testifying about Trump's obstruction of justice by firing former FBI Director James Comey. (See FBI, President George W. Bush, Justice Neil Gorsuch, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, New York Times, President Donald Trump).

Aw now... ‘bless your heart’ has more than one meaning. When you’re little and you skinned your knee and your mee-maw says it, it’s a very sweet thing to say. Or if you’re feelin’ puny.
