LANTANA, Fla. -
An ethics panel has found probable cause against a Florida mayor accused of soliciting sex from a resident in exchange for installing speed bumps in her neighborhood.
In her January complaint to the commission, Catherine Padilla said Stewart promised the speed bumps she wanted as a safety measure would be approved if she had sex with him.

I am obviously doing this wrong as a citizen.
We have been trying to get our neighborhood road fixed in a busy neighborhood for going on five years, and the road is pocked with deep divots you can’t avoid, to no avail.
However, the town has built a nice long paved bike path with bridges and signs, but...the road remains as potholed as ever.
Maybe if I offer sexual services...naaaaah! I’ll steer around the potholes!
