Kleenex works well for me. Plus I can discard them when finished shooting and replace them at virtually no cost at all......And if it’s cold and my nose is running, well, you get the picture.
I work at a range, and like the Ranger shooting glasses. For ears, when shooting I use custom molded plugs. When working, the electronic muffs, they allow me to hear whats going on.
Ear plugs plus headphones...
Pro Kennex Racquetball glasses
If they could perfect these eyeglass tech for the shooting realm, it would be pretty sweet:

Make these into a kind of heads up display. Able to provide video playback, round count, incoming fire source triangulation and location, etc...
I had electronic muffs. Sweaty on hot days. They eventually stopped working. Have been using Howard Leight Banded Ear Plugs. They go quick on for shooting off for conversation.
I first saw them worn by Hickock45 on YouTube.
Ultimately Id like to get molded electronic plugs.
Like the UPLULA, electronic muffs are things that make shooting vastly more pleasant. Putting it in perspective, caps without the stupid little "button" on top only make shooting a little more pleasant.
Get a suppressor.
Best investment i ever made: Howard Leight by Honeywell Impact Pro Sound Amplification Electronic Shooting Earmuff
You can actually have a conversation with these on, yet gun shots are blocked.

And I add muffs on top when shooting magnum loads.

Peltors, ProEars or Howard Leight .... Electronic-Noise Canceling w/ volume control.
If you’re shooting handguns, except for something bigger than .45, then just the ear muffs will suffice.
If you’re shooting bigger than .45 or AR15-AK-or bigger, than I suggest some ‘foamies’ in your ears and then the muffs. Years of being a tough guy and not needing that added layer of noise cancellation have left me a bit hard of hearing.
My 2cents.....
I’ll second all the recommendations for Howard Leight electronic ear muffs.

For Ear Protection, go with a decent amplified hearing muff such as the Howard Leight Impact Sport. Also, always, always, ALWAYS double up on ear protection, which means put in foam earplugs, then don your hearing muffs.
The Howard Leights are loud enough that you can still carry on a normal conversation while wearing double protection, hear range commands, etc., but if the seal between the ear muffs and the temples isn’t perfect, the second set of foam earplugs save you from tinnitus when you’re 60 like me.
For eye protection, if you wear prescription glasses, the lenses are rated for impact and will do. If you don’t, then any good pair of safety glasses from the construction section of Home Depot will work just fine.
If you need just reading glasses, there are stick-on readers that you can get to put on your shooting glasses, such as the Hydrotac that you can get online, and only cost $15. The nice thing is that you can stick them to the TOP of your shooting glasses so that you can more clearly see the front sight of your firearm.
I double up with soft earplugs and the Howard Leight muffs.
A rating of 29 or 30 DB for hearing protection is something to look for. Cheap safety glasses with a “Z” rating will should be sufficient but better if you like.
I had a pair of industrial ear muffs that would suppress over 85DB but you could hear people talk. Between two large generators at 110 DB you could carry on a normal conversation and even hear the valve train and engine internal noises.

I use 3M safety muffs and 3M safety glasses.
Take a look on Amazon or online on their store.
some of the highest dB rating reduction and the glasses are cheap enough you don’t break the bank when you lose them or scratch them...which I hate!!!
oh yeah..I also have UVEX Spoggles.
Try these. They don’t scratch as easily and they keep the dust out of your eyes. I have a clear and dark pair.
We use Walker. $20-$25 at Bass Pro.
