You do know how to absolutely terrify me. Somehow this no longer feels like the law abiding America of my childhood, when we bragged on our system of government allowing the peaceful transition between opposing viewpoints thru the election process. This is “find a way to win at all costs” because the end justifies ANY means.

Not really. You scour for bits and pieces, as we all do, and finding a pearl like that is also research. If you didn’t search it out, we’d never know. And I, for one, am grateful you do.
To what end? The cartels (in their respective areas) already have a limitless supply of people like this. These aren't proven reliable in any case. For manpower? My research led up to Samuel Dickinson, a signer of the Constitution... I disproved his published genealogy {about 1900} and I am probably persona non grata in the state of Delaware! 😧 However, it led to a Dickinson family line that settled in western Virginia that were active in the American Revolution... earliest source I could find: St. Martin Orgar's Parish (on the Thames) London, 1645... unsung heroes.

The key word here is "unauthorized". For each "culture", someone from that culture ought to volunteer to be the Official Authorizer. For a small licensing fee, payable by credit, PayPal, or Bitcoin, you could be authorized to wear an Indian headdress, a Samoan loincloth, a stick through your nose, or even blackface (though there might be a higher fee for that). The licensee would get a nice certificate that be could bring out whenever someone questions his right to "appropriate" someone's culture.

The DNA kick is a whole ‘nother rabbit’s hole. I think FTDNA is the more solid and more quality, extensive one with the biggest database. They also partner with Y-Full for interpretation or some such. It is the one that the National Geographic partnered with for their Genographic 1.0 and 2.0.
