The reservations in Montana have been a virtual guaranteed 'rat voting bloc for years.

However....

The Crow (plus the Northern Cheyenne right down the road) just happen to be sitting on a few billion dollars worth of coal. The Sioux and Assiniboine up in NE Montana are on the West end of the Williston Basin oil field (aka The Bakken) and are near to the route of the Keystone pipeline.

Pretty much if it isn't a Habanero or a Tabasco it is Capsicum Annuum. That means that it will easily cross pollinate. By separate, I mean 100+ yards with a wind break in the way. You can use this to your advantage if you want milder Serranos or a bell with a bit of a bite.
