“Righting the wrongs of the past” in their eyes..???

Never even realized they did a remake of The Longest Yard until very recently.

Come up with an original good story where an all female cast makes sense.

Otherwise it would be like an all male version of Pride and Prejudice.

After the tremendous box office success of the all female remake of "Ghostbusters", I can see why they think this would be a good idea.

(Yes, I'm being sarcastic.)

ME TOO.

Nothing like the power of the pu$$y.

The question is whether Amereica will take this pu$$y whipping laying down?

Historically speaking and histrionically speaking the Me Too movemnet reminds one of the Prohibition Movement.

All will have to be celebate until the Me Too movemnet runs ist course, a dry period just like the Prohibition era, unless one attended a speak easy.

Of course this celebacy does not apply to the LBGT community. They are exempt from the nasty heterosexual settling the score dynamic.

Men in general are horrified at the hords of hairy faced females who scream for revenge in public protest, when they might more productively be home, plucking the hair off their facial beards, or taking a shave.

Gillette has a new market.

Sure , bring on the female remake of Diehard. Nothing like watching ball busters who want to castrate every real man that walks the street. Unless one is a Die Hard hairless Euro-weenie , then you are a s good as dead, if not worse.

Due Process? Nah!
Just shoot ‘em in the balls.
Excellent hairy faced female propaganda.
Watch ‘em Die........Hard with their dicks in hand!!

That’ll work. ( sarc.)

Sure. That remake of Ghostbusters worked out real well. *sigh*

Ghostbusters grossed $128.3 million in North America and $100.8 million in other territories for a worldwide total of $229.1 million.[6] With a net production budget of $144 million[78] Due to the large amount spent on marketing, the studio stated that the film would need to gross at least $300 million to break even.[79] Before the release, director Paul Feig stated “A movie like this has to at least get to like $500 million worldwide, and that’s probably low.”[80]

The Hollywood Reporter estimated the film’s financial losses would be over $70 million.

Yeah - that’ll put them ahead like “Charlie’s Angels”....maybe a remake of it with a female boss so it could be “Charlene’s Bad Bitches”...

Yeah, right.

If we can be honest, a major draw of watching a movie like Die Hard is the eye candy. What is the appeal of a bunch of women trying to act tough like Bruce Willis? Wouldn’t we rather watch Bruce Willis? Or some younger tough guy, if there is to be a remake?

On a related topic, Bruce Willis said in an interview that Die Hard is not a Christmas movie. However, we still consider it the finest Christmas movie ever made, and we will watch it on Christmas. It is infinitely better than the two “classics”—Miracle on 34th Street and It’s A Wonderful Life.

The original “Die Hard” had the best casting ever. Not just Bruce Willis as McClane, but across the board, from the amiable Sgt. Powell, the ultimate bad guy Hans Gruber, the wise-cracking limo driver Argyle, or the two FBI agents named Johnson (”I’m Agent Johnson, this is Special Agent Johnson. No relation.”).

Lost interest in this almost from the start. Went through it just to see the comments. Whose going to view this crap? I can imagine on man going to see this fantasy bilge. Even with Willis acting the main character this was all just too much!. Now they want a redux with all women. Just another attempt to write males out of life completely. Seriously, who’ll go see this $hit?
