Or courteous. But not in this case.”
We are beyond comments on this one....

Educate yourself about girls dressing as men in Shakespeare.
Some of you people are amazingly stupid.

I’d put the dogs on that freak. They will need some mouth wash to get the taste out.

It was done during the time of Shakespeare.
Few female actors at the time.

That’s how I see it——same thing,like Dame Edna——entertainers.

It's not just Milton Berle dressing up silly. It is the sluttization of women.
This is the email I wrote to Ms Dahmen:
christina.dahmen@adams12.org
Dear Ms Damen,
In a social milieu where "blackface" is considered an unforgivable sin --- because it exaggerates and mocks another person's race --- how is this drag queen stunt not 10,000 times worse?
This is the most offensive parody of womanhood possible. These mocking men have a degrading view of women, whom they objectify sexually in the extreme, and they miss no opportunity to fill our children's heads and hearts with this contempt.
Whatever became of upholding the gracious goodness of women? The intellect, the dignity, the honor, the spirit?
I do hope my fellow parents do what it takes to make heads roll. Whoever made the decision to expose our kids to this grinning violation of dignity --- this social justice --- should be unemployed pronto.
Sincerely,
[signed]
I sent $10 to LifeSite, too. We have to stop being appalled onlookers. We have to start taking responsibility.

This is not just a cross-dresser. What it is is spectacularly bad judgment from the school administrators - and they don't appear to care.

Milton Berle wasn’t an x-rated drag queen....at least, not that I know of. Do you have additional information?
From the article....
Parents were shocked and angered to discover that an x-rated drag queen showed up to their childrens school last week as part of a career day event.
Zack Sullivan, a 25-year-old man better known as drag queen “Jessica L’Whor,” was invited by school administration to give a presentation.....without parents’ knowledge or consent.
L’Whor has worked for x-rated “uncensored” venues, one which included allowing patrons paying the highest bid to “f*ck up the queens.”
~~
Is this the same type of ‘entertainment’ that Milton provided? News to me, if so.

Yep....the principal had a cavalier attitude, claiming it was just ‘a handful’ of parents, who had a concern.

I cannot wrap my head around even the most basic fact of this article. Somebody’s brain thought it would be a good idea to invite a drag queen to “Career Day.”
Somebody’s brain should be fired.

And where are the feminists who are speaking out about this and demanding dignity?

No, not the same thing. Milton Berle, Dame Edna and Benny Hill were comedians. They wore women's clothing, poorly on purpose, for laughs. The joke was "men don't wear women's clothes because it is weird" and the audience got that.
These drag queens are not out for laughs. They are out to shock the audience by being lewd, mock the beauty of women by sensationalizing it to the point of parody and deteriorate gender norms. That might be entertainment for some, but not to many of us.
