The Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Trump and his immigration policy across the board in a 5-4 decision on Tuesday, holding that the permanent entry restrictions ... codified in Presidential Proclamation 9645 is fully consistent with Congress’s Immigration and Nationality Act as well as the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

"...admission and exclusion of foreign nationals is a “fundamental sovereign attribute exercised by the Government’s political departments largely immune from judicial control..."

without Kavanaugh the ruling would have been 4-4 and the 9th Circus upholding the whacked out Hawaiian judge would have stood

Well, the decision was rendered while Kennedy was still on the court, hence the 5-4 ruling. He retired the month after SCOTUS decided the issue in Trump's favor.

Your broader point still stands, though. Kennedy was the court's swing vote. The Democrats knew that if Kav was confirmed, it would become a solid conservative majority.

They were right, and I couldn't be more pleased.

What I think is funny is that all the femeroids were concerned about Roe v. Wade being overturned.

Kavanaugh has provided us all with a massive right-hand turn on the EPA denying "every puddle is a wetland", Voter ID which requires Voter ID nationwide, and a reverse on the Hawaii travel Ban, etc.

We ain't even got to November yet.

To be sure, we’ve had a helluva lotta wins in this short time under Trump, but this battle with the horde will be decisive.

If he fails to do the one thing that will keep them out, he’s toast, and so is the MAGA agenda.

Issue that executive order, Mr President!
