My son quoted me the Pearce stats last night-—incredible.

LOL, yes, Price is on FIAH! 😀
Did you see the Sox fans at Tony C's? We've been there many times when it was Jerry Remy's place...
David Price is out... Awesome ovation by the crowd.

For those without cable (such as I), here is a
Live Stream of the game.
Don't worry, no laws are being broken. Just some fan in the stands live-streaming video from his cellphone. Not exactly a professional broadcast but it will do.

Not a baseball fan but my late cousin bled Dodger Blue and this is my town. So I theoretically want them to win. Man do they suck or what? It is very frustrating to watch.

We are irish——I joked with my son last night——calling Joe Kelly the pitcher with the funny name.

We’ll have to stop in to Tony C’s the next time we’re in Boston.
We’ve only been to the Cask n Flagon.

Nice dykery. Good movie reviews?
A complete aside, but I just found out (news from January) that Roy Halladay had drugs (morphine, amphetamines and ambien) and booze in his system when he crashed his plane. Sad.

The Dodgers aren't sucking by any means. They are just up against a rather incredible team. I've been following the Red Sox since the early 70s and this is by far the best team they've ever fielded. The chemistry and camaraderie between the players is so refreshing. They are a real close-knit team.
I remember the days when the Red Sox used to take separate cabs to the airport on road trips. I remember when Roger Clemens used to hire some kid to carry his luggage for him. They had a lot of "superstars" but as a team, didn't win squat.

I love the reviews, yes. Funny and thought provoking!
Halladay: Sadly, yes. Surprising, to me anyway.

Ok... On NESN earlier tonight, Jim Rice said the Sox pitcher *might* hit that a-hole punk Manny Machado if there's a 4-run lead and 2 outs in the ninth. For stepping on Steve Pearce's foot intentionally on first last night. 😉

oh! guess what - a friend of mine placed a large bet on the Sox to win the series before the season even began.
Can’t remember what he stands to win, but it was a fairly large amount.
He’s wicked stoked!
To: nutmeg
We’ll see——almost there.
Sounds like LOTS of Sox fans in the stands.

You know, I'm actually preferring this fan's
live feed to the "professional" broadcast on ESPN or wherever.
He makes me feel like I'm actually at the game. I'm almost expecting some guy to pop into my living room to sell me a $7 hot dog.
