Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

The caravan has begun the next leg of their journey, 25 miles away.
- Likely some will stay behind to recover from yesterday’s walk, esp. children
- 100s more already heading to MX from Guatemala, others planning to leave Honduras in coming days.

I just called the physical therapist to see what the future plan will be here. And now I learned why they say, no pain, no gain!

He said when you have an injury, in order to stimulate the white blood cells to get in there and heal it, you need to provide some sort of stimulus. So you stress the area. He did say that the goal was to just have soreness, not pain. And that he would back off on the Reps or the number of exercises I have been doing. He just way overestimated my strength. Just like most males that bag groceries do!

he said that if I’m still sore in the morning, to come in and he would just do some pain relief activities.

So that makes me happy. Maybe I will get more tape :-)

I guess the main reason this really made me mad was I was really looking forward to today. Does a housekeeper coming over and cutting some stuff up for me so I could make dinner and then the rally. I cancelled the housekeeper cuz I just can’t deal with stuff like that when I heard. So Mr. CB will have to cook dinner. But at least I can still watch the rally! But I may not be on here as much as I wanted to be.

Just rest and hopefully pain will be gone in the morning.

At least guy recognized his error and will try to help you if you need it.

Makes sense about the stimulation in order to heal, get that blood moving.
