Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

Biscayne Cove condo board botched QBE Insurance claim, judge rules

A federal judge handed global conglomerate QBE Insurance a victory in an eight-year-old claim for damages from Hurricane Wilma at the Biscayne Cove Condominium in Aventura.

U.S. District Judge John O’Sullivan ruled that Biscayne Cove breached its policy by failing to get proper inspections and verifications of damage.

O’Sullivan also criticized condo association president Madeline Giardiello and treasurer Oliver Gross for failing to be prepared for a deposition.

Cesar Sayoc, 56, was a career criminal who at times turned violent according to arrests reports and allegations made by his victims.
