Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

This has probably been around, but I haven’t seen it before. Just got it in an email:

Subject: JUST 319 SQUARE MILES
A 39 second read you will want to pass on.

In their infinite wisdom, the United States’ Founders created the Electoral College to ensure the STATES were fairly represented. Why should one or two densely populated areas speak for the whole of the nation?

The following list of statistics has been making the rounds on the Internet. It should finally put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

Do share this. It needs to be widely known and understood.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them. Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them. Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles. The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) DO NOT and SHOULD NOT speak for the rest of our country!

And...it’s been verified and documented that those aforementioned 319 square miles are where the majority of our nation’s problems foment.

Thanks.

I can’t believe that we won’t find out who’s at the bottom of this, and soon.

These people are getting more desperate as the midterms approach.

Scary.

Praying that they don’t really hurt someone.

Was that chemical MSM? (Methylsulfonylmethane?) At least I think that’s the correct spelling.

I take it for arthritis.

My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and years ago I had an extremely painful attack which I thought could be the beginning of RA.

I mean, extreme debilitating pain in one wrist. Couldn’t do anything except pace and hold my wrist. Nothing over the counter cut the pain.

That day I began taking MSM along with a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement, grape seed extract with pine bark, and lots of vitamin C.

In a few hours the pain had lessened.

I took that supplement combo regularly for a while but less often as time went by.

Now I take it only a couple times a year or so.

I have no arthritic issues except when I do excessive physical work and I’ve never had an attack like that again.

I buy my MSM at our local health food store.

:-)

I didn’t know any of this! Now I have a good comeback when people say that Hillary won the popular vote. Trump won 98% of the counties!
