Belladonna used to be in Contact cold medicine; you remember Contact, the cold med that really worked! They discovered that it caused heart problems in .0000034 % of its users, so naturally had to remove it from the market.
A pharmacist friend of mine gave me a bottle of the extract, USP, which I surely needed in those days. I can't remember my eyes getting any bigger, however
