Snow everywhere. The garden is gone for this year. Two tomato plants in containers and one producing indoors. Tried to start early this year. Have to start more indoors in containers next year. Only a usual 3 months between freezes, but sometimes 4 months. Still not much time here at 8,500 ft elevation in the Colorado Rockies.
You for sure have quite a few challenges given your climate. Given the low sun activity, we all have to adjust somewhat to earlier maturing and extending the season with indoor/greenhouses/hoops etc.
Still, You have a very short season even under normal situations.
You lungs must be big!

Gosh, I really miss Colorado. Lived there for 10 years.
