Dolly, yes I have met Fishtalk.
She and I actually lived in the same town in DE, but I moved more easterly, and am about 12 miles from that town now.
We have “talked” on FR now and then over the years.
When her husband passed a few years back, I attended her husband’s wake and introduced myself and we had a great time talking about FR.
She is a very nice lady who is really clued in on the politics in DE.

Well if they’ve figured out how to get to the hospital to give birth to multiple babies to increase their cheques, they can sure figure out how to vote. If it’s anything like Canada, these people have ALL the angles figured out. Angles the rest of us didn’t even know existed.

Just checking in between my doings today, have about 1/2 hour before I need to be off again.
Good to hear you have a nice warm cozy place to watch movies.
I haven’t seen Midnight in Paris, didn’t like how Thatcher was portrayed at the end of Iron Lady and liked The Darkest Hour very much.
Hard to watch moves through the prism of the leftest thought think.

Horrible!!
We have friends who HAD a brand new $60K ski boat, on that part of the river. It’s gone, now. Either underwater somewhere, or GOK where.
(why anyone would spend $60k on a ski boat, is beyond me. But, I feel terrible for them, nonetheless.)
