Mulvaney was on Varney this morning and said the democrats in the Senate will not allow budget cuts. They require a 60 majority vote.
If it is audio, unless voices are very recognizable, how do we know it’s real?
EXCERPT...
Over the last 20 years, budget reconciliation has been used as a powerful tool to bypass filibusters and accomplish priority issues for the majority party with only 50 votes in the Senate. ...That is why I (Rep. Bradley Byrne) am introducing a bill, the Fifty Votes for the Wall Act.
Here’s some BS:
The storm began to rip up certainties, all the way along Pennsylvania Avenue: that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, from whose personal bodyguard some of the 15 assassins were drawn, was “our man”. “We’ve put our man on top!” Trump told his friends, as Michael Wolff reported in his book Fire and Fury earlier this year.
Gone too is the bromance that Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and White House aide, started with bin Salman, the meetings which lasted until 4am, swapping stories, planning strategies (MBS told confidants that Kushner had discussed the names of Saudis disloyal to the crown prince, although Kushner’s spokesman denied having done so).
The constant in-your-face, up-front support Trump has given the crown prince since he was installed is now an embarrassment, in addition to the ceaseless and shameless write-ups the Saudi crown prince got in the US media as a young reformer.
All this has been blown away in one night, and the wreckage is everywhere. The US media are outraged. Karen Attiah, Khashoggi’s editor on the Washington Post tweeted: “Enough of the wests fawning over Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.”
Back in Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was preparing to receive a high-level delegation led by Prince Khaled al-Faisal. He is the governor of Mecca and a special adviser to the king. The fact that he is also the elder brother of Khashoggi’s former boss, Prince Turki al-Faisal, former intelligence chief and ambassador to Washington and London, does not go unnoticed.
An operation to isolate King Salman from any connection to these events is under way. The joint investigation between Turkey and the government into who committed this atrocity is a convenient cover story.
The man who created bin Salman, promoted him, and redirected the entire weight of US foreign policy, military and security establishments to place their trust on his shoulders, is Trump. And It is Trump who allowed the crown prince to act with total impunity.
He can only have one thought: If bin Salman is capable of ordering such an atrocious act when he is 33, only 16 months into his role as crown prince, then what insane act of recklessness could he be capable of as king of a country which the US military has made the lynchpin of its power in the Gulf and the region in general?

The more I read stuff like this, the more I think it was a setup, maybe by Saudis that don’t like MBS.
I saw that. I'm hoping Trump has some other tricks up his sleeve to get the 5% from these departments.
JAMAL KHASHOGGI: THE MEDIA FIGHTS FOR A MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD PAL OF OSAMA BIN LADEN
The terrorist truth behind the media lies
Good!
Yet democrats think we can throw our borders and nation open to the other 7.5 billion people, invite them in,
and hand out free food, housing, medical, etc. to all who want to come here.
‘Anarchists,’ middle-class avengers are attacking Minnesota GOP candidates
FTA: State Rep. Sarah Anderson (R-Plymouth) was campaigning Sunday when she saw a man kicking yard signs touting her and other GOP candidates.
She jumped from her car and told the man to stop. He refused, Anderson told WCCO, saying he was an anarchist and could do whatever I want.
So the politician did what any red-blooded American would do: She tried to catch the incident on video.
The sign assailant was having none of that. He cursed her, backed her into the street, and told her to Go kill yourself. The man then walked to a nearby BP, presumably to stock up on Flamin Hot Cheetos and Mountain Dew, the go-to source of sustenance for any self-respecting anarchists/nut job.
Anderson gave chase in her car, and the man charged her again, leaning through her window and punching her in the arm. As a general rule, this is not a very effective place to punch someone. But he was irrational, Anderson said, just completely irrational.
The sign incident came two days after fellow Republican House candidate Shane Mekeland was punched in the face in St. George Township, northeast of St. Cloud.
On FOX just now, Donna Brazile just said they have to make sure women can vote...
*************
Blacks can vote...
Asians can vote...
Native Americans can vote...
trans genders can vote...
lesbians can vote...
homosexuals can vote...
illegals can vote...Uh oh....yes illegals can vote!
And the beat goes on. And the Socialist beat goes on. Tell lies, twist the truth, all to deceive.
What’s next....children can vote, dogs and cats can vote...on and on, and on.
Thanks for reporting this, along with pictures. I like her suit.

When Roseanne's show premiered last year, it had around 27 million viewers in total for the first episode. Last nights premiere of The Conners only had 10.5 million viewers.
This spin-off is nothing without Roseanne and quite frankly a waste of time to watch.
A senior Treasury employee was charged with sending sensitive financial reports to a journalist
FTA: The Justice Department has arrested a senior Treasury department official accused of leaking highly-sensitive financial reports to a reporter looking into former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manaforts overseas dealings as well as transactions involving the Russian embassy.
Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards, a senior advisor at the Treasury Departments Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), was charged with disclosing suspicious activity reports, known as SARs, to an unidentified reporter beginning in October 2017, authorities said.
Edwards, 40, had saved the SARs, as well as thousands of other files containing sensitive government information, to a flash drive given to her by FinCEN, according to court documents.
Federal prosecutors say the Virginia native sent the information to the reporter using an encrypted app.
Edwards was arrested Tuesday carrying a flash drive suspected of being the one she used to save the leaked SARS. She was also in possession of a cell phone containing numerous communications over an encrypted app she used to send the confidential documents to the reporter, according to court documents.
The arrest was the result of a joint investigation between numerous law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, the Treasury Departments Inspector General and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Here's the middle of Kingsland. Boats floating down the main street. The library is right behind the Subway but a bit higher ground so hoping they didn't get flooded. The city water (damaged so the town is out of drinking water) is behind the library and across the road from that is the restaurant I posted about that was used as one of the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" houses. The bridge collapse is on the other side of town. This picture is deceiving. They used a zoom lens or something because the lodge sign in front of Subway is actually a considerable distance away from Subway.
I heard the Dairy Queen several blocks north of there was flooded out. The town has/had 3 bridges and a slab crossing due to rivers on the west, south and east side, so yeah, it'll be years before they're back to normal. Nothing like Michael but still bad.
Just talked to the neighbor's yardman. He lives in Kingsland and says it's a total mess. Said he was one of the last cars across the bridge. Lots of his customers have lost everything along the shore and he's been out securing his vacation customers' stuff. He said everyone is so mad at the water authority opening Buchanan. Everyone is saying they should have dropped the lakes at the first sign of flood waters upstream. But, as usual, LCRA waited until it was too late.
We're hearing loud crashes and bangs as the water filled boats are collapsing docks. I'm watching a buoy doing gymnastics so something is caught up in it's cable under the water. Also, strong gas smell.
At my last job, every Wednesday when I arrived at work, I would tell the receptionist, a somewhat elderly woman, “its hump day!”. And every Wednesday, she would say “don’t tell my husband”.
