McSally called Sinema a traitor as the moderator tried to cut her off. Sinema told some guy that it was perfectly fine for him to go fight for the Taliban.

Of course, the AZ Repulsive paper said McSally lost.

I recall much with both my grandmas.. but alas was not astute enough to learn from them or ask pertinent questions. They were PLACES we went for holidays with the whole gang (had large families).

I have memories of two very different grandmas. Maternal. (with her daughter caregiver) very strict. OCD no play. no noise.. lots of good family and good food. just terribly restrained.

then there was dad’s side. fun, let loose, eat drink and be merry. My grandma with the best homemade chicken noodle soup. And “THE DRAWER”.. every grandma had that drawer. It was in the kitchen somewhere. My grams was i the kitchen table. Had a wealth of fun stuff.

Their home was i the old area of brookly OH. The closets has curtains for door. we kids (and we had dozens of cousins) would play and romp through those, In summer gram’s garden was a plush surplus of goodies. My only draw was the huge raspberry patch

my paternal gram died at 100 -I was very very very furious when at 100 some genius decided that my out of it/alzheimers/whatever grandma should have a pace maker installed. Was in Houston but if there would have raised cain.

she lived a few more months. my little granny. 4’10” of love and laugher. she raised 7 kids After each was born she was in fields working i a few hours. such was the life of a slavic immigrant of that era

My mom cooked a few things ok, my dad was a good cook for southern cooking. Fortunately they had friends from other places, so I would ask people from different ethnic backgrounds to show me how to cook. My best is Chinese food, learned from watching while I worked in a Chinese restaurant, they weren’t too happy about it, LOL. I learned a lot from some Italians I’ve known, and a lot from living from Mexicans living on the border. Some of their food is more trouble than it’s worth, but very good
