I did not know that the wall was under construction in New Mexico. I had heard parts were started in California.
I wonder if that stable genius is complaining about funding while the wall is QUIETLY underway....keeping protesters out of the loop and making things go smoothly.

Tear gas was definitely deployed by Mexican federal police against #CaravanaDelMigrante on the border bridge. Possibly other things. Some migrants have jumped into river, many turning back to Guatemala now
