FULL TITLE: Furious protesters are removed from the steps of the Supreme Court after banging on the door while Kavanaugh was being sworn in, hours after interrupting his Senate confirmation hearing – but Trump laughs off their ‘tiny’ gathering
A large crowd of protesters gathered on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court and banged on its doors while Judge Brett Kavanaugh was being sworn in as a justice on Saturday evening.
The demonstrators went up the steps of the Supreme Court holding signs and chanting, 'we believe survivors' and 'hey hey, ho ho, Kavanaugh has got to go.'
Officers are blocking the doors to the court and are face to face with the protesters.
Some of the demonstrators are hanging from the columns of the building, and women are sitting on the two marble statues beside the steps.
The televised images of protesters massing on the steps of the Supreme Court prompted President Donald Trump to tweet: 'The crowd in front of the U.S. Supreme Court is tiny, looks like about 200 people (& most are onlookers) - that wouldn’t even fill the first couple of rows of our Kansas Rally, or any of our Rallies for that matter!

Well her nomination is surely coming just as soon as Buzzy falls asleep for eternity while the Court is in session and Justice Kavanaugh and the other Justices are hearing a case.

I think they have shot their wad, it is hard to keep this degree of insanity ginned up for months or years. Next time they won’t have any outrageous (and clearly false) charges at the last minute. This episode has united the Right and the GOP. It won’t happen again.

I would oppose her. Not a thing against Catholics, they are a national treasure, but we need to seat a protestant judge next, preferably educated outside the nor-eastern elite sphere.

I missed Kagen, Breyer and Gorsuch. I was trying to remember Gorsuch as the latest but couldn’t. And Kagen too as she was just in the news. The old memory isn’t what it used to be. Not quite as bad as Ms. Jones’ though.
