Why oh why do liberals NOT want a Supreme court Judge who will rule by the Constitution?
Do they want what Ginsberg wanted a few years ago — that the Supreme Court should rule according to global happenings??

The Constitution constrains them.
To the Founding Fathers who were well grounded in classic history, democracy meant mob rule! They had Rhode Island as their current exemplar of what an excess of democracy can do!
