Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - A proclamation will be issued Thursday morning to establish the first-ever Indigenous Peoples' Day in Rochester.
Mayor Lovely Warren will read the proclamation in the City Hall Atrium, and will be joined by members of the Native American and Italian American communities.

ah yes , that’s right. We are supposed to call Columbus Day, Indigenous People’s Day now.
Weren’t there street protests last year, when they had Columbus Day events, and the radical protesters showed up and caused trouble? Was that last year, or the year before?

The Left doesn’t care about indigenous people in Europe or the UK.
It should be called the “Last decent weekend of the season” Day.
It is really no wonder many companies no longer give you the day off.
The “indineous” people either came and conquered the previous civilization or “colonized” pristine land. Both acts are sins in todays brain dead logic environment.
