Video has emerged of a group of teenagers viciously attacking a 12-year-old middle school student in California and running off with his sneakers.
The victim, who has asked to not be identified, is seen in the video outside a home in Elk Grove talking with one of the suspects while sitting on his bike at 3:30pm on Friday.
Three other teenagers can then be seen sprinting at full pace towards the boy, joining the other suspect as they shove him off his bike and begin to punch, hit and kick the defenseless victim.

Hmm, quick work for the cops then. I was under the impression the video was new and given their getaway method and they robbed a person rather than a bank... catching them would be slow. Nice to see they were found. Guess I am a bit jaded and don’t read articles like this thoroughly anymore ;P

Elk Grove, farm land built out 20 years ago as a community for govt workers seeking a short commute, whose children think they can’t get in trouble because mommy works for xyz dept, so they turn into delinquents who kick people in the head.
What is the solution? No students walking home without an adult over 21 present. No students on the street. No cars, no bikes, no scooters. Everyone on the bus and they are let out on their home street. Give back privileges based on grades. “A” students get their cars, bikes and walking privileges. If parents can’t handle their kids because society expects both parents to work or there’s only one parent, then let’s give them a parent so-to-speak and lock these kids down for 60 or 90 days or the entire school year. It’s cheaper than the lawsuits that schools pay out every year over students being attacked off-campus. And anything is cheaper than students inflicting permanent brain damage on others.
