House voted to make tax cuts which expire in 2025 permanent. Could the Kavanaugh hearings have been a big distraction to get that passed?

Planning to post later on the topic of K. I have no conclusions, but I’d like to lay out some interesting observations.

It is unlikely to get a vote in the Senate according to 'sources'. The House doesn't need a distraction to pass anything.

Has anyone been able to get a phone call through to their Senate-trash today?

Tried calling my RINOfilthSenatetrash repeatedly. Best I can get is a full voicemail.

Tried calling the one I can count on and I get beep whistle beep “all circuits are busy?”
