Financed by S0r0s, Stəyer, et al. Here in Orange County, Fla we have a state prosecutor whose campaign was financed by S0r0s... forced her opponent to withdraw. As soon as she took office she declared that there would be no death-penalty prosecutions. Gov. Scott had to override her authority on a cop-killer case.

This is just a tiny shadow of what we are up against. There are shouts that we cannot remove a duly elected official, and I keep messaging that she ran unopposed... I wrote in a name on the ballot, so as far as I know she only needed two votes to get elected... without me perhaps only her own vote to get elected.

I also read that McConnell has or will move the bill to the full senate floor. I don’t understand the cloture thing, but he has the 51 votes. As soon as the FBI is done, BOOM, the vote occurs quickly and the Rep chicken $hits have their cover with the ‘agreed upon’ one week FBI Investigation.

I also read that the FBI has already been investigating, and the results will be far more than anyone expects in the ‘short time’ the investigation happened.

They have Ford’s letter and the FBI can perform an forensic analysis on it. Obviously there are two different fonts and sizes. That has probably been in the works.

Question no one can answer: Ford et al refused to hand over other docs, if Grassley subpoenaed the docs and they ignored the subpoena, can Grassley go to court and ask a judge to order production of docs, NOW, due to urgency?

If Grassley did such a thing, and if he handed the judges order to Ford et al right after the vote, OMG!! Could Grassley subpoena and/or ask a judge to force compliance without minority party being told?

Also, I read FBI has no subpoena power because the investigation is background, not criminal. If the FBI finds evidence of criminal activity, the FBI can refer to DOJ who can then open criminal investigation. We know Ford lied under oath and she lied about being a licensed psychologist. Criminal enough? If that is done, all records, text, phone, forced testimony can be done. Could you imagine the FREAK OUT. Ford would tell everything to stay out of prison. Obviously this is theory, but I like it!
