A third woman is expected to publicly make accusations of sexual misconduct against supreme court nominee Brett Kavanaugh this week, her attorney Michael Avenatti said, plunging the judges confirmation to Americas highest court into further uncertainty.
She reached out to me. We vetted her claim and she satisfactorily passed that vetting, Avenatti said of the new accuser in an interview with the Guardian on Monday.
Avenatti said the woman has also asked to testify at a hearing before the Senate judiciary committee on Thursday, which will hear from California professor Christine Blasey Ford, who has alleged the judge drunkenly sexually assaulted her while in high school.
The fresh allegations relate to Kavanaughs school days when he attended the elite Georgetown prep school in Maryland, where Ford has already accused him of a violent sexual attack at a party there when he was 17 and she was 15. Those allegations turned his confirmation process upside down earlier this month.
A second accuser, Deborah Ramirez, came forward Sunday to say that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a party when he was a freshman at Yale.
Matters relating to the additional individual date back to Georgetown preparatory school, Avenatti said.
Im going to be representing her and I may be representing some corroborating witnesses, and we plan on releasing additional information, he told the Guardian.

sure looks that way !
People have been awaiting the real-world debut of “deep fake” video for quite some time now. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re desperate enough to pull it out for this... they are clearly at the highest level of panic right now.
Did you hear that laboratory researchers have been turning away from using rats in their experiments, to instead using lawyers?
There are several reasons for this:
Did he do it?
Yes.
OK, your claim is satisfactorily vetted.
Psalm 43.
Uh, oh was teenaged Brett getting frisky with Stormy Daniels?
Isn’t this similar to what they did to Roy Moore?
Why will anyone believe them in the future if they are telling the truth?
Didn’t their parents ever tell them the story about crying Wolf falsely?
British intel, our “allies”.
I mostly post sarcasm and wit. This is a serious post.
The use of false accusations greatly harms women and sometimes men that have been truly assaulted and deserve justice. So many lies have been told that when real and valid accusations come up, the public and juries may not take it seriously. This has harmed innocent women and as said a few men.
#36. Davis should subpoena the bastard and question him EXTENSIVELY (with whips and chains if he hesitates) until all questions are answered in a sane and satisfactory manner.
On second though Avenatti might like that kind of stuff given his relationship with Stormy “The Whip” Daniels.
Hell, just tie him to a chair and set his nuts on fire until he tells the truth, but don’t be in a hurry to put the fire out. He owes America BIG TIME!
Clearly, the dems intend trotting these bimbos out until well after the mid-terms, at which point, they believe, the voters will empower them to take over congress and render Donald impotent.
It’s pretty obvious.
Have they decided on a ribbon color yet?
Classic PR hit job roll out. If any of this was true, they would have released it months ago to actually stop the nomination. Instead, it’s being dribbled out at the last minute to delay the hearings.
Hes got at least 87 with statements he didnt do it.
Guess we win with +84.
Just learned a new keyword: CPL or CreepyPornLawyer. ;)
do we know any details of her accusation?
when Kavanaugh arrived at Yale for the 1983 year, there were no dorm rooms left. There were no frat houses on or near campus. That Kavanaugh would be at an impromptu drinking party at a co-ed dorm when he lived off campus is doubtful.
Dream on Guardian. Yet another lying Leftist bimbo who cannot produce so much as a shred of evidence to support her claims isnt gonna change anything. Hes going to be confirmed.
