I worked with a yearbook advisor and I can tell you there are a lot of “inside” references that can be construed differently. It could be something as inane as Kavanaugh giving a speech in a class and stumbling on the word “Fourth”.
Of course, Avenatti will reach the worst possible conclusion that fits his narrative.
Frankly, I’m old enough to remember the reference that Avenatti is trying to infer. I graduated in the 60’s and there were only 4 “F’s”. Back before the PC police took a stranglehold it was common to hear that phrase used in our high school locker room. It wasn’t meant literally, it was what we used to call “wuff-tickets” or talking trash. I doubt if that changed much over the years.
