Thursday 10:00 am is the Ford hearing.
Friday 9:30 am is a potential meeting of the Judiciary Committee to vote on Kavanaugh and other judicial appointees.
He is giving the required three day notice of a meeting as required by Committee rules.
He doesn’t know what will happen on Thursday yet.
