Her friends, business associates, neighbors etc would still be available to question. An FBI background check is very intensive. Rachel questions provide much of the background they would need to know to begin.

One of my sons was taken by a crazy women, now paying child support for years and harassed for a child that is probably not his. He even tried to be a father to her, and I a grandma, but the woman was so cruel and only wanted child support we couldn’t do it. We found out that she says she was raped when my son was dating her, and refuses a DNA test, as it doesn’t matter because he signed the birth certificate, so he has to pay.
