Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) says that she and her husband are ready to leave their home in Alaska and get outside and do more.
We were anchored here for the kids. Now our youngest daughter is going to be out of school she's going to go to nursing school she'll be taken care of." And we're ready to do a lot more.
Were not going to be holed up in Wasilla, Alaska, the rest of our life..."
Palin and her husband, Todd Palin, said they have lived in Wasilla since they first met in high school. But both said they think now is time for a change.
He's more driven then I am to bust out and get some things done..."
As for where theyll end up, her husband said: If you see sea planes flying around Arizona or New Mexico you'll know who it is.
The politician also offered some words of advice to her Republican colleagues.
They're in power. They've got the House, the Senate, they have the Administration and yet they're acting like victims and they're always on defense, she said. That's not what the supporters of the platform expect.
We expect to be on offense in order to clean things up drain that swamp get government back on our side and get it off our backs and quit playing victim all the time!
You're not going to win a ballgame only playing defense, she added.

Missouri would be more to their liking, I think.
They did own a house there.Lots of northerners have homes in Arizona. The Palins bought the house in a depressed market. I'm pretty sure they made a nice profit when they sold it later.
If she does run for a political post, I’m thinking Senator.
She must of learned from the Kennedy’s...they’ve got that racket down pat.
Our redfish, kingfish, bonefish, tripletail, gators, and largemouth bass aren’t too shabby, either. Now, it’s true that fighting an amberjack, shark, or jewfish and even small grouper, is usually done with a belt in a small boat and will make you wonder what happened to your shoulders the next day, while chairfishing is usually for marlin or swordfish and yeah, you’re pretty comfortable in a very nice boat, at least until the fish’s on.
I truly wish she would come to NM and run for Senate...we could really use her here. Arizona really could too and she might have a better shot at getting elected there. I hope she is willing to go through the fire again for our sake, and the sake of our country.
D@mn straight only Jame Earl Jones voices should represent us.
As far as I heard they did okay in Arizona, at the time they just had obligations in Alaska.
Whether or not there is snow to shovel depends on where in Arizona or New Mexico, though not as much to shovel as Alaska for sure.
In my lifetime I have shoveled plenty of snow and chopped ice for cattle in Arizona, I grew up on a ranch near Flagstaff. Also shoveled snow and chopped ice for a couple years here in NM when we lived in the Northern part of the state.
Funny, her words are music to my ears. What she has to say is far more important to me than her voice. I have no clue why some hear a screech in her voice...I never have.
I thought Sarah Palin, already, has another house in Arizona. (?)
We lived in Fairbanks for 4 years, most beautiful place I have ever lived.
She is welcome to stay with me
>> Todd would love the fishing. <<
Dont think so.
Todd is waay too rough and tumble for chair-fishing.
Idaho Trout possibly.

I’ve been fishing in both places. You obviously have never fought a 100 # tarpon caught with a fly rod....in Florida.....
Wow, who can believe Piper will be graduating from HS. How times flies.
There was a sea plane that landed outside my desk window this afternoon. Wish it were them.
Gawd, I love her! Best of luck and prayers up for Sarah and Todd, wherever they land.
Ditto and amen!
