STIPULATION #1: Produce the ORIGINAL letter that was sent by FORD.
STIPULATION #2: FORD testifies first.
STIPULATION #3: KAVANAUGH’S attorney has the right to question FORD.
STIPULATION #4: No more witnesses.
Grassley has asked & continually been denied an unredacted copy of the Ford letter:

Allow me to restate it:
1) THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL COUNSEL WAS TO RIP THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION OUT OT THE HANDS OF MCCABE—one of the core anti-Trump conspirators — most likely a FUTURE CONVICT, and desperate enough to try practically anything to survive.
2) RR = White Hat.
3) Hence, per Q, Mueller = White Hat
I don’t think we ever understood, until NOW, with these current revelations, how close this nation came to a successful coup d’état being carried out against our elected President.
If Rosenstein (and Sessions and Trump, most likely) had not taken the action to QUARANTINE THE INVESTIGATION in Mueller’s hands, then instead of leaks and innuendos we might now be facing direct attacks via the FBI based upon totally FABRICATED EVIDENCE, ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE, FRAUDULENT CHARGES and a pack of DAMNED RAT LIES.
I would add that firing Comey was ESSENTIAL to the nation’s survival. It should go down in history as Trump’s greatest: “YOU’RE FIRED.”

Actually Kavanaugh has already testified first - he did so LAST Monday after Ford’s charges were made public. DEM staff refused to attend.

What twists and turns...? It is a steadily progressing saga of GOP surrendering to the real rulers of our country - without asking anything in return. The Art of the Deal - not the GOP! They still have not even demanded the original unredacted copy of Prof. Ford's letter - they do not even know what the full charges will be.
If Judge Kavanaugh consents to defending himself before he even hears the charges then I hope he is thrown off of the federal bench! If he won't protect his own Constitutional rights he surely won't protect mine!
